Shipping destinations and charges

We ship to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping options and charges depend on the items and delivery address and appear at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only where shown for your order. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Fulfillment and delivery estimates

Products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Pinebridge Goods remains your seller and contact for order support. Items from different brands may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Rubyloo items generally require 24–48 hours for processing, followed by 3–5 business days in U.S. transit. Other products follow the estimate stated on their product page. Items displaying a 10–25-business-day estimate generally dispatch within 5 business days after payment; that longer delivery estimate includes processing.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier delays, customs and carrier disruptions can affect timing. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed event date. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch; a label alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Delays and missing deliveries

If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we will contact you before it expires with a revised dispatch date and a choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If you do not affirmatively accept the delay by that deadline, we will cancel and refund the affected items and associated shipping charges.

If an order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us for a replacement at no extra charge, if available, or a refund for the missing items and associated shipping charges. Pinebridge Goods handles the supplier and carrier investigation.

Import charges and address changes

For items shipped internationally, import duties and customs-clearance charges may apply separately unless explicitly included at checkout. If an additional charge is identified before dispatch, we will explain it and obtain your agreement or cancel and fully refund the affected order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. Contact us before paying an unexpected carrier charge.

Check your delivery address carefully. Email us promptly to request a correction or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started; we will explain the available options.
