Scope and contact

These terms apply to purchases through the Pinebridge Goods Shopify storefront. Contact us at pinebridge.goods.2026@proton.me or through our Contact page with order questions.

Products and orders

Check the exact color, pack quantity and product details before buying. Screen settings can affect displayed colors. We will not substitute a different product or variant without your agreement.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Checkout displays the product total, applicable sales tax and shipping charges before payment. Our Shipping policy explains possible additional import charges. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges the order; dispatch is confirmed separately.

If an item is unavailable or a material listing error prevents fulfillment, we will explain the issue and refund the canceled items and associated shipping charges. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Fulfillment and refunds

Our current products are supplied and shipped from China by CJDropshipping. Pinebridge Goods remains responsible for your purchase and customer support. Our Shipping policy describes destinations, timing, tracking, delays and import-charge arrangements. Our Return and refund policy describes cancellations and remedies. Both form part of these terms.

Privacy and appropriate use

Provide accurate information needed to fulfill your order and use our site and contact forms lawfully. Our Privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. Necessary delivery details are shared with fulfillment providers to process your order. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents through email.

Changes and your rights

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented when you place an order applies to that purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
